Every aspect of jewellery repairs is carried our in our workshop, including ring sizing, chain repairs and rethreading. We also undertake remakes, and can create your own unique piece of jewellery with the stones and metals of your choice.

Watch Repairs

We fit new watch batteries whilst you wait, and also carry a very large selection of watch straps and bracelets.

Our qualified watchmakers also replace glasses, buttons, hands etc and naturally carry out complete overhauls on both mechanical and quartz watches.

Engraving

We offer a machine and hand engraving service with a wide variety of fonts and styles to choose from. Our engraving of family crests is a speciality, and if you require a club logo on glass, for example, this can be commissioned.

Valuations

All valuations are done on the premises by our experienced staff, which includes a fully qualified gemmologist.
We provide the following valuation services:

VALUATION FOR INSURANCE REPLACEMENT
This is based on a retail price for replacing the item with a reasonable new equivalent.

VALUATION FOR PROBATE
This is in respect of goods that form part of the estate of a deceased person. Goods are valued on the price that they might reasonably be expected to fetch if sold in the open market at the date of death.

VALUATION FOR SECOND-HAND VALUE
A price based on what the item(s) would fetch as second-hand.
