Delivery
We will email you to confirm you order, and we will dispatch the goods as soon as payment has been received. We will email you again when your item has been dispatched.
We make every effort to ensure the site is as up to date as it can be, but should an item be out of stock after you have placed an order, we will email you within five working days to clarify when we can dispatch it. We will also give you the option of cancelling the order should you not be prepared to wait.
Delivery is by next day courier.
UK shipping costs will be calculated automatically within the shopping basket.
Your order can be delivered to an address other than your billing address, such as work or a neighbour. You just need to request this by email or phone (see below for contact details) before your order has been dispatched. If your package is not signed for and is returned to us, we will re-charge your postage fees to dispatch again.
If ordering from outside the UK, please email your order to info@tydeman-jewellers.co.uk so we can confirm postage costs to you in advance.
Data Protection Act
To keep our customers updated with new products and prices, we like to keep in contact via email and post by form of a quarterly newsletter. If you do not wish to receive this newsletter, then simply email us at info@tydeman-jewellers.co.uk
We take the Data Protection Act very seriously and we would never pass your details onto a third party without prior consent.
Payment
To minimise the risk of fraud, we use PAYPAL to receive card payments from our customers.
If you would prefer to pay by Cheque or Postal Order, please email your order to info@tydeman-jewellers.co.uk and post payments to the address below (see contact details). Your items will be dispatched once we are in receipt of the cheques and they have been cashed.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase, providing you contact us within 5 working days of receiving it by phone or email (see below for contact details), we will offer a full refund, proving the item is un-used and in its original packaging. You will have to cover the cost of sending the item back to us (we recommend by a recorded delivery methd such as a courier). If the item is faulty, we would cover this cost instead.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
